1 cup chana dal 3 Green chillies 1 tablespoon ginger paste 1 tablespoon garlic paste Half spoon cumin seeds Salt as per taste Coriander leaves 1 cup rice flour
Soak and grind chana dal into a coarse paste with green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt.
Mix rice flour with water and salt to form a smooth dough.
Take a small portion of the dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the filling in the centre.
Seal the edges to form a dumpling.
Steam the dumplings for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and serve.
