Have you tried tomato-garlic pasta? It is one of the easiest recipes for weekdays, and once you try it, you will be making it at least twice a week. Not to mention the tangy taste, complemented by good, fat-loaded cheese.
5-6 tomatoes 4 garlic cloves Salt to taste 1 tbsp olive oil 2-3 basil leaves 1 tbsp tomato paste 1-1.5 cups pasta ½ cup Parmesan cheese
Boil tomatoes, transfer them to a bowl of cold water, and peel them.
Roughly chop them and keep them aside. Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped garlic.
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan, and once they are done, add basil leaves.
Cook tomato paste and al dente pasta. Top it with Parmesan cheese and serve.
You can also season it with a pinch of pepper and oregano.
