Tofu scramble is a perfect breakfast recipe to begin your day. It can be prepared in under 20 minutes. You can either relish it as is or stuff it in a paratha or bread slices to prepare a wrap or sandwich. Bookmark this guide.
250g tofu Salt to taste A pinch of turmeric powder 1 onion 1 tomato 1 tbsp coriander leaves ½ capsicum ½ tsp chilli powder, cumin ½ tsp coriander powder ½ tsp garam masala 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp vegan butter
Heat the butter and add cumin seeds to it. Once they start crackling, add onions.
After sauteing for a minute and a half, add garlic-ginger paste.
Once onions start turning brown, add tomatoes and capsicums.
After a couple of minutes, sprinkle spices, and fold in crumbled tofu.
Cook the ingredients until the spices are roasted and the tofu scramble is slightly dry.
Add some butter on top and enjoy it with paratha or bread.
