¼ cup desiccated coconut ⅓ cup sesame seeds ¼ tsp cardamom powder ¼ cup peanuts Oil for greasing 3 tbsp water ½ cup powdered jaggery
Heat the kadhai and dry roast sesame seeds and peanuts.
Keep these ingredients aside. Pound peanuts in a mortar and pestle.
Dry roast coconut until the slivers are golden brown and nutty.
Mix coconut, sesame seeds, peanuts, and cardamom powder.
Heat the solution of water and jaggery powder. Combine it with the dry blend.
Shape the mixture into small ladoos and store them.
