For those who are content and have never had to worry about calorie counting, a sweet treat is still an exquisite treat. This recipe is a perfect way to cap off the winter season sweetly.
150g strawberries 10-12 pieces of cashew nuts 10-12g of makhana nuts 100ml skimmed milk ¼ tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp sugar, optional
Mix the cashews, makhana, strawberries, skim milk, vanilla extract, and sugar until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Fill the bowls or ramekins, then freeze for 20 to 25 minutes, or until just set.
Once you take them out, sprinkle the sugar on top.
Heat ½ tsp of sugar until caramelised. Pour it on top as the brulee.
Wait for 5-7 mins. Take a spoon, crack the centre. Enjoy!
