If you post-workout routine involves drinking a thick glass of smoothie, you have to upgrade your regular glass with a mango smoothie. Made in under 10 minutes, here’s a recipe to make mango smoothie.
2 ripe mangoes 1 cup chilled milk ½ cup yoghurt 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar 4-5 ice cubes
Chop the mangoes and mix the pieces with chilled milk, yoghurt and honey or sugar.
Using a hand blender or mixer grinder, blend all the ingredients till smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend again.
Pour the mango smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
