Thick Mango Shake To Sip After A Hot Sunny Day

Beat the heat by gulping down a thick mango shake. Without adding a lot of sugar, you can make the most of the naturally sweet mangoes to make a frothy beverage and keep you hydrated and full.

Ingredients

2 mangoes 1 cup milk 1-2 tbsp sugar (optional) Ice cubes as required

Step 1

Chop the mangoes and mix the pieces with chilled milk and sugar.

Step 2

Using a hand blender or mixer grinder, blend all the ingredients till smooth.

Step 3

Add ice cubes and blend again.

Step 4

Pour the mango shake into glasses and enjoy.
