Ingredients

 1 cup fresh plain yogurt (curd) 2 cups chilled water 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1/2 inch ginger, grated Black salt to taste

Step 1

Blend the mint leaves, grated ginger, and a splash of water into a smooth green paste.
