Cold, sharp, and completely unapologetic, this juice wastes no time. Ginger bites first, cucumber cools it down, and apple pulls it back from the edge just enough. It does not taste like a compromise. It tastes like something you actually want to drink, which, for a green juice, is saying a lot.
1 cup spinach leaves 1/2 chopped cucumber 1 chopped green apple 1/2 inch ginger 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup water Honey to taste
Add spinach, cucumber, apple, and ginger into a blender jar along with water.
Blend until smooth and vibrant, ensuring no chunks remain.
Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture or keep it pulpy for extra fibre.
Stir in lemon juice and honey, adjusting sweetness as needed.
Serve immediately chilled or over ice for a refreshing drink.
