Tamarind shikanji is a refreshing summer drink that offers a tangy twist on the classic lemon-based version, making it both flavourful and functional for hot weather. Tamarind is naturally rich in electrolytes and acids that may support hydration and digestion, while spices like cumin and black salt add depth and help with gut balance. This drink works well as a cooling option during peak summer, especially when the body needs both fluids and minerals.
