Tahini is a smooth sesame seed paste used in hummus, dressings, and sauces. It’s simple to make and adds nutty flavour to many dishes.
1 cup sesame seeds 3 tbsp olive oil A pinch of salt
Dry roast sesame seeds on low heat until light golden.
Cool slightly and transfer to a blender.
Blend with olive oil until smooth and creamy. Add salt and store in an airtight jar in the fridge.
