This cocktail is a boozy spin to your favourite sweet tea.

Ingredients

12-oz. ginger beer 4 1/2 cups unsweetened tea 3/4 cup bourbon 1/3 cup simple syrup 1/4 cup fresh lime juice Garnish: thinly sliced lime

Step 1

Stir together ginger beer, unsweetened tea, bourbon, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice in a 2- to 3-qt. pitcher.

Step 2

Fill eight large glasses with ice. Pour cocktail evenly into glasses.

Step 3

Garnish with thinly sliced lime and serve.
