Potato fries are starchy, but sweet potato fries are healthy and have a low glycemic index. They are easy to make, and instead of frying, you can bake them and serve them as snacks. Follow this guide.
½ tsp sea salt 2-3 sweet potatoes A pinch of pepper 2 tbsp extra virgin oil 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp cayenne pepper A pinch of garlic powder
Preheat the oven while you peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into sticks.
Drizzle oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Toss the dusted potato sticks and lay them on a tray.
Bake the sweet potato fries until they are golden brown and crispy.
Take out the fries and toss them with cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
Adjust salt and pepper before serving the fries for snacks.
