Whether you fast during Navratri or see the holiday season as your passport for guilt-free indulgence, sweet potato fries fit the bill right. They are healthy, can be prepared with a handful of ingredients and taste supreme. Learn how to make them in an air fryer.
2-3 sweet potatoes Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil of your choice ¼ tsp chilli powder ¼ tsp black pepper ½ tsp onion, garlic (optional)
Peel the potato skin and cut it into the shape of fries.
Wash them and dab with a paper towel.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and chilli powder.
Drizzle olive oil and toss the ingredients.
Add them to a sheet and slide them into an air fryer.
Bake the fries for 7-8 minutes at 160-180°C.
