Sweet Potato Chaat: Make A Healthy Snack With Shakarkandi

Winter is the perfect time to make the most of sweet potatoes, also known as shakarkandi. The naturally sweet vegetable can be roasted or even air-fried to make a delicious chaat, all in just 4 steps.

Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon chaat masala

Step 1

Boil the sweet potatoes, drain, peel, and chop them.

Step 2

Heat some oil and mix shakarkandi with lemon juice and all the spices.

Step 3

Roast the cubes till fragrant and coat the pieces with the masala.

Step 4

Transfer to a plate and serve with imli chutney and pomegranate seeds.
