Lassi is a Punjabi beverage that is popularly made in most North Indian homes as soon as the temperature rises. To keep the body cool, make sweet lassi with this authentic recipe.
2 cups dahi ¾ cup chilled milk 3-4 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon green cardamom pods Ice cubes as required Cardamom powder for garnishing
Blend dahi, sugar, and crushed cardamom pods until you get a creamy mixture.
Blend in chilled milk to get a smooth lassi.
Before pouring lassi into glasses, add a few ice cubes.
Garnish each glass with ground cardamom and serve.
