Kulfi-falooda is a delicious dessert that Indians love, in many different flavours or variations. One such dessert is the kulfi-falooda bites, which can be the star of your evening when guests are over!
½ cup milk powder ½ cup condensed milk ½ cup milk A few strands of saffron, soaked 1 cup fresh cream 1.5 tsp cardamom powder ⅛ cup chopped pistachios ⅛ cup chopped almonds A handful of dried roses 1 Falooda packet Sabja seeds
Soak sabja seeds in water for 15–20 minutes until they bloom. Cook falooda seviyan as per pack instructions and keep aside.
In a mixer grinder, add milk powder, condensed milk, milk, fresh cream, kesar, cardamom powder, pistachios, almonds and dried rose.
Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into a tray or mould and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
Freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours until set. Once frozen, cut into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble by placing kulfi bites in a bowl, topping with sabja, falooda seviyan, nuts, and dried rose petals.
Drizzle generously with rose syrup. Serve!
