The viral “supermodel cheesecake” became popular online because it delivers the creamy texture of cheesecake while keeping calories lower and protein higher than traditional recipes. Instead of relying only on cream cheese, the filling often includes Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese. This increases protein while reducing fat content, making the dessert lighter yet still indulgent. Fresh berries add natural sweetness along with antioxidants.
Base 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits 2 tbsp melted butter Filling 1½ cups Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese 200 g light cream cheese 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp lemon juice Topping Fresh strawberries Blueberries Raspberries
Combine crushed biscuits with melted butter and press the mixture firmly into a lined cake tin to form the base.
Blend Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with cream cheese, honey, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
Spread the filling evenly over the biscuit base and smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate the cheesecake for several hours until the filling becomes firm.
Top with fresh berries before slicing and serving.
