Spicy guava mocktail recipe tastes like summer street-side cravings in a glass, where sweet guava pulp meets lemon sharpness, black salt depth, and chilli heat that slowly builds after every icy sip.
2 chopped ripe guavas 1½ cups chilled water 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp sugar or honey ¼ tsp black salt ¼ tsp chilli powder Ice cubes as required
Blend the chopped guavas with chilled water until thick and smooth, allowing the fruit to release all its flavour.
Strain the mixture through a sieve if you prefer a cleaner texture without seeds or extra pulp.
Add lemon juice, sugar or honey, black salt, and chilli powder, then stir until everything dissolves fully.
Taste the drink and adjust the salt, sweetness, or spice depending on how bold you want it.
Pour into ice-filled glasses and serve immediately while cold and sharply refreshing.
