Mangoes are here, but not the sweeter ones. A good way to incorporate them into your diet would be to blend them with curd. This slightly sour, fruity, and sweet lassi is all you need to beat the heat this year.
¾ cups curd 1.5 cups mangoes 2-3 tbsp sugar ¾ cup milk ¼ tsp cardamom powder
Blend mangoes with milk and curd.
Add sugar and blend the ingredients until it dissolves.
You can also prepare sugar syrup and add it.
Add cardamom powder in the end as a garnish.
To make it irresistible, add two mint leaves in the centre of the glass.
Drink mango lassi and enjoy summer.
