Lassi is the classic Punjabi drink that is frequently made on hot summer days. To give your lassi a natural fruity twist, why don’t you add mangoes? Here’s an easy mango lassi recipe that you cannot miss.
2 mangoes 1 cup curd ½ cup chilled milk 2-3 tbsp sugar ¼ tsp ground cardamom Ice cubes as required
Peel the mangoes and blend them with curd, sugar, and cardamom.
Add ice cubes and blend again till the mango lassi is chilled and frothy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness. You can also add more milk for a thinner consistency.
Pour the lassi into glasses and serve the cool mango-flavoured lassi.
