Fresh guava juice with chilled water and lemon creates a fruity summer drink packed with flavour, vitamin C, and natural freshness that instantly feels cooling on hot afternoons.
2 chopped ripe guavas 2 cups chilled water 1 tablespoon honey or sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice Ice cubes as needed
Wash the guavas thoroughly, chop them into cubes, and remove the hard seed portion if preferred.
Add the guava pieces and 1 cup chilled water to a blender and blend into a smooth pulp.
Strain the blended mixture through a sieve for a smoother and lighter juice consistency.
Pour in the remaining chilled water along with honey or sugar and lemon juice.
Add ice cubes, mix well, and serve the guava juice chilled immediately.
