Chilled fresh cream folds gently around sweet mangoes, crisp apples, and bursts of juicy grapes, creating a spoonful that’s smooth, fruity, and lightly sweet. Every bite feels cool, creamy, and refreshing without being heavy or overly sugary.
1 cup chilled fresh cream 3 tbsp powdered sugar ½ tsp vanilla extract ½ cup chopped mango ½ cup chopped apple ½ cup halved grapes 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Whip chilled cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Fold in mango, apple, grapes, and pomegranate gently without deflating the cream.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavours to meld.
Serve cold in dessert bowls with extra fruit on top.
