Shikanji Masala is a quintessential Indian summer cooler that refreshes you instantly with its a punch of flavours and spicy aftertaste. This drink is cherished for its ability to rejuvenate on scorching days, offering a perfect balance of tanginess and spice.
Freshly squeezed lemon juice Sugar or jaggery Black salt, roasted cumin powder Ground black pepper, chaat masala Mint leaves, chilled water, ice cubes
In a jug, combine lemon juice and sugar, adjusting sweetness to taste. Add a pinch of black salt, roasted cumin powder, ground black pepper, and chaat masala for a burst of flavour.
Tear mint leaves and add to the mixture, muddling them gently to release their essence. Pour chilled water over the ingredients and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
