2 cups chilled fresh cream ¾ cup condensed milk ½ tsp peppermint extract 3 tbsp chopped dark chocolate 2 drops natural green food colour (optional)
Whip the fresh cream until soft peaks form.
Fold in condensed milk and peppermint extract gently.
Add chopped dark chocolate and mix lightly.
Pour into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
Freeze overnight, then scoop for a creamy minty dessert.
