Struffoli are tiny honey-soaked dough balls traditionally prepared in Italian homes during Christmas. Light, crisp and glossy, they are shaped into wreaths or festive mounds and decorated with colourful sprinkles. The dough is simple, but the warm honey coating gives the dessert its signature shine and sweetness. This treat brings holiday cheer to any celebration.
