Street-Style Samosa Chaat Recipe To Pair With Your Evening Tea

Samosa, the North Indian street food, when served with chole and chutneys and is a tempting chaat. With the protein content from chickpeas, samosa chaat becomes a healthier snack. Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients

4-6 samosas (store-bought or homemade) 1 cup pre-cooked chole 1/2 cup dahi 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney 2 tablespoons pudina chutney 1 teaspoon chaat masala A pinch of red chilli powder A pinch of cumin powder 1/4 cup onion Coriander leaves for garnish

Step 1

Take homemade or store-bought samosas and chop them into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Top them with a generous amount of premade chole curry.

Step 3

Mix in dahi, chaat masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, imli chutney, and pudina chutney.

Step 4

Garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves, and serve.
