Hot griddle rotis hugging juicy paneer tossed in bold masala, sharp chutneys, and crunchy onions, this paneer frankie delivers that proper roadside bite without stepping out, messy fingers guaranteed.
200g paneer, cut into strips 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chaat masala 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tbsp green chutney ½ cup sliced onion ½ cup shredded cabbage 4 rotis/parathas Salt to taste
Heat oil and saute ginger-garlic paste until fragrant and lightly golden.
Add spices and paneer, tossing gently until evenly coated and slightly crisp.
Mix in tomato ketchup and cook till the masala turns glossy and sticks to paneer.
Warm the rotis and spread green chutney evenly across each one.
Place filling, add onions and cabbage, then roll tightly and serve hot.
