Street-Style Noodles Samosa Recipe To Prepare At Home

This noodle samosa recipe is a popular street-style fusion snack combining spicy vegetable noodles with crispy samosa sheets. It’s crunchy outside, flavourful inside, and perfect for tea-time or party snacks.

Ingredients

1½ cups boiled noodles 1 thinly sliced onion ½ cup thinly sliced capsicum ½ cup shredded cabbage 1 tsp chopped garlic 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp green chilli sauce ½ tsp black pepper Salt to taste Samosa patti as needed Flour & water paste for sealing Oil for deep frying

Step 1

Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and sauté briefly on high heat.

Step 2

Add onion, capsicum and cabbage; stir-fry till crunchy but cooked.

Step 3

Add noodles, soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper and salt; toss evenly.

Step 4

Cool the filling completely, then stuff it into the samosa patti and seal well.

Step 5

Fry samosas on medium heat till golden, crisp and evenly cooked.
