Murmura, or puffed rice is a healthy ingredient that can help you snack without the guilt. If you want to make a quick and healthy snack, here’s a recipe for bhel puri, which doesn’t even require cooking.
2 cups murmura 1 onion 1 boiled potato, boiled 1/2 cup peanuts 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1 tablespoon chillies 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon black salt Juice of 1 lemon Tamarind chutney Sev for garnish
Take a bowl and mix murmura, onions, green chillies, potatoes, peanuts, and coriander leaves.
Add lemon juice, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and black salt. Mix well.
Add tamarind chutney and ensure it is evenly mixed.
Garnish with sev and enjoy your bhel.
