Are you looking for a recipe that can be a substitute for breakfast without glueing you to the dining? It's a strawberry smoothie. The drink not only takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, but it is also healthy and can be consumed in between meals to satiate cravings. Here is how you make it.
1 medium banana ½ cup milk (vegan or dairy) 1.25 cups strawberries
Wash and rinse strawberries thoroughly. Use vinegar to get rid of dirt and grime.
Chop the strawberries and add them to a blender.
Peel off a banana and add it to the grinder roughly chopped.
Pour milk into the appliance and grind the ingredients.
Make sure you have a smooth concoction before pouring it into a glass.
Add more milk to adjust the consistency and enjoy.
