The naturally sweet strawberries are the perfect ingredient to make desserts, shakes, smoothies, etc. To make a thick, guilt-free strawberry smoothie in 10 minutes, follow these 4 easy steps.
1 cup strawberries 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup yoghurt 1 tablespoon honey A few ice cubes
Take fresh strawberries and chop them.
Blend the strawberries with milk, yoghurt, and honey.
Once smooth, add a few ice cubes and pour it into a tall glass.
Garnish with a whole strawberry and serve.
