Strawberry Bundt Cake Recipe Inspired By European Christmas Desserts

This strawberry Bundt cake takes cues from classic European Christmas bakes that are soft, lightly sweet and meant to be shared. Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped ¾ cup sugar ½ cup butter, softened 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder Milk as needed

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until light, then beat in the eggs one at a time.

Step 2

Fold in flour and baking powder, adding milk to form a smooth batter.

Step 3

Gently mix in chopped strawberries and pour into a greased Bundt tin.

Step 4

Bake at 170°C until a skewer comes out clean, then cool before unmoulding.
