Sweet potatoes are nutritious, rich in fibre, and good sources of essential vitamins and minerals. The ingredient is still less explored in Indian cuisine. Here is your guide to boiling it to perfection in a cooker.
4-6 sweet potatoes 1 cup water A pinch of salt
Wash and scrub sweet potatoes.
Add the potatoes to the cooker along with water.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and seal the lid.
Cook potatoes for 3-4 whistles.
Once pressure is released, take potatoes and peel off their skin.
Prepare sweet potato chaat and enjoy.
