This smoothie is built to feel steady rather than stimulating. Fruit provides natural sweetness, while nuts, seeds, and milk slow digestion and help prevent energy crashes later in the morning. Blending everything fresh keeps texture intact and avoids the overly thin consistency of sugar-heavy smoothies. It works well on busy mornings when you need something quick but still substantial.
1 small ripe banana ½ cup seasonal fruit such as berries or papaya 1 cup milk or plant-based milk 1 tbsp peanut butter or soaked almonds 1 tsp chia or flax seeds ½ cup water or ice
Add fruit and milk to the blender.
Add nut butter, seeds, and remaining ingredients.
Blend until thick and smooth.
Adjust consistency with water or ice if needed.
Pour and drink immediately.
