For a protein-rich salad, mix boiled chickpeas, onion, tomato, and pomegranate with spices and make chana chaat.
Greek Salad is a classic recipe made with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and cheese with an olive oil dressing.
With diced avocado, sweet corn, cooked quinoa and black beans, you can make a healthy salad for lunch.
To add some natural colour to your salad bowl, mix in chopped beetroot with other veggies and make beetroot salad.
This can be made with sprouted beans, chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, spices, and a squeeze of lemon.
