Sprouts Salad is a simple and refreshing dish made with sprouted moong beans, crunchy vegetables, and lemon dressing. It is packed with protein, light on digestion, and works perfectly as a healthy snack or side dish.

Ingredients

1 cup moong sprouts (steamed or raw as preferred) ½ cucumber (finely chopped) 1 small tomato (finely chopped) 1 green chilli (chopped) 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped) ½ tsp roasted cumin powder Salt to taste Lemon juice to taste

Step 1

Combine sprouts, cucumber, tomato, and chilli in a bowl.

Step 2

Add cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice.

Step 3

Mix everything gently and garnish with coriander.

Step 4

Serve immediately as a healthy snack or side dish.
