Sprouts Chaat Recipe For A Tangy And Nutritious Snack

Sprouts chaat is a quick, healthy snack made with sprouted moong beans or mixed sprouts, tossed with chopped vegetables, herbs, and tangy seasonings. It’s perfect for light meals or as an evening bite.

Ingredients

1 cup mixed sprouts (boiled until just tender) ½ onion (finely chopped) ½ tomato (chopped) 1 small cucumber (chopped) 1 green chilli (finely chopped) 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped) ½ tsp chaat masala ½ tsp roasted cumin powder Salt to taste Juice of ½ lemon

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine boiled sprouts, onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chilli.

Step 2

Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, and salt.

Step 3

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Step 4

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
