If you love the South Indian staple dosa and also binge on the Chinese spring rolls, this fusion recipe is a must try. Made with dosa rolls and a spicy filling, follow this recipe to make Spring Dosa at home.
Premade dosa batter 1 tbsp oil 1/2 cup cabbage 1 cup assorted veggies (carrots, onions, capsicum) 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce Salt to taste Pepper to taste 2 tbsp onion greens for garnish
Heat some oil and saute chopped onion. Add in chopped cabbage, carrot, and capsicum.
Stir-fry the veggies till crispy. Mix in Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Take the premade dosa batter, heat a tawa, and make a crispy dosa.
Transfer the dosa to a plate and add a spoonful of the prepared filling. Spread it evenly.
Fold the dosa or roll and cut into cylinders.
Cook for another minute, garnish with spring onions and serve.
