1 cup boiled chickpeas 2 cups chopped spinach 1 onion chopped 2 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon cumin Salt and pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil
Heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
Add spinach and cook briefly until wilted.
Add chickpeas, water and seasoning, then simmer for a few minutes.
Blend partially for texture and serve warm.
