Warm, slurpy thukpa recipe delivers a soothing mix of noodles, veggies, and bold spices in a light broth. Each spoon feels cosy, slightly spicy, and deeply satisfying for chilly evenings.
1 cup boiled noodles 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp chopped garlic ½ cup shredded cabbage ½ cup julienned carrot 2 cups vegetable broth 1 tsp soy sauce ½ tsp black pepper Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add cabbage and carrots, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
Pour in vegetable broth and bring it to a boil.
Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and cooked noodles.
Simmer for 2 minutes and serve hot with fresh garnish.
