This easy 5-minute spicy Turkish fried eggs can turn your boring breakfast into a fun-filled savory one. Made with eggs, yogurt, butter, and spices, these Turkish fried eggs are both fiery and tangy at the same time.
½ cup yoghurt 3 eggs 1 clove minced garlic 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp paprika Some fresh mint A pinch of salt
In a bowl, whisk yoghurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt and keep it aside.
In a small skillet, melt butter and add the spices and cook for a minute until foamy.
Next, crack 3 eggs into the butter and fry them sunny-side up slightly.
Pour the yoghurt and garlic mixture onto a plate. Place the fried eggs on it and pour the remaining butter.
Garnish the eggs with some fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
