Spicy Pyaaz Ki Chutney: North Indian Condiment To Pair With Meals

North Indian cuisine is known for its bold flavours, and no meal is complete without chutneys or pickles. If you want to add some spice to your food, you can quickly make this pyaaz ki chutney with this recipe.

Ingredients

1 onion 1 ginger 2 green chillies 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 small bunch of coriander leaves Salt to taste

Step 1

Grind the onion, ginger, green chillies, and coriander leaves till you get a smooth paste.

Step 2

Heat up some vegetable oil and add cumin seeds.

Step 3

Pour the sizzling seeds onto the paste and mix well. Add lemon juice and some salt.

Step 4

Store the onion chutney in an air-tight container and pair it with all your meals.
