Finished with a spicy salt rim that amplifies the agave notes of the tequila, it is the ultimate "sweet-heat" fusion for a high-energy weekend gathering.
60ml Tequila Blanco 45ml fresh mango puree 20ml fresh lime juice 10ml agave syrup 2 thin slices of fresh chilli Rim: Salt mixed with Tajín or chilli powder
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it into the chilli-salt mixture.
In a shaker, muddle the chilli slices with agave syrup to release the heat.
Add the tequila, mango puree, lime juice, and plenty of ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice and garnish with a mango slice.
