This quick kimchi stir-fry delivers bold Korean flavours with minimal effort. The spicy-sour kimchi blends beautifully with sautéed aromatics for a comforting, fiery dish that pairs perfectly with rice, noodles, or eggs, making it a versatile weeknight favourite.
1 cup chopped kimchi 2 tbsp kimchi juice 1 tbsp vegetable oil ½ cup sliced onions ½ cup tofu 1 tsp gochujang 1 tsp sesame seeds
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until lightly golden.
Add kimchi and stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Mix in kimchi juice and gochujang for a deeper flavour.
Add tofu or mushrooms and cook until everything binds well.
Top with sesame seeds and serve hot with steamed rice.
