Spiced Muesli For Breakfast: Start Your Day On A High Note

Most people relate muesli to a sweet dish, but it can be made savoury with vegetables and spices. This one-of-a-kind recipe started out as an experiment, but it is trending on social media today. Have you tried it?

Ingredients

1 onion 1 cup green gram 1 tsp chaat masala 1 cucumber ½ cup nut muesli 1 tomato 1 potato ¼ tsp chilli powder 1 tsp green chutney 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp jeera powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp coriander seeds

Step 1

Wash and keep the moong sprouts aside until you prepare the ingredients for the chaat.

Step 2

Chop the vegetables and toss them in a bowl.

Step 3

Add washed sprouts along with muesli, powdered spices, and salt.

Step 4

Mix the ingredients well to make the chaat homogenised and colourful.

Step 5

Drizzle lemon juice on the top and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy!
