Spiced Guava Chutney Recipe To Go With Snacks

Winter is the season when you can get your hands on sweet guavas. Ripe fruits are not only delicious but can be used to prepare fresh batches of chutney. Before your next snacking session, try this spiced chutney recipe.

Ingredients

1 tsp ginger 250 grams of guava ½ tsp cumin powder ½ cup coriander ½ tsp black salt Salt to taste 2 tbsp lemon juice

Step 1

Rinse guavas and wipe them nicely. Dice them and remove big seeds from the middle.

Step 2

Keep the skin of the guava and add them to a food processor.

Step 3

Drop washed coriander, roasted cumin powder, and black salt.

Step 4

Blend the ingredients into a coarse mixture. You can add two tablespoons of water to adjust the consistency.

Step 5

Taste the chutney and adjust the salt in it. 

Step 6

Top the chutney with lemon juice and enjoy it with snacks.
