Nariyal or coconut barfi is a traditional Indian sweet that simply melts in mouth. With just a few basic ingredients like coconut, milk, and sugar, you can quickly whip up the dessert with this recipe.
1 cup grated coconut 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder Ghee for cooking
Take a pan and grease it with ghee.
Mix grated coconut, condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder in a bowl.
Cook the mixture in a pan over medium heat and keep stirring till it thickens.
Once you get the desired consistency, transfer the barfi into the greased pan. Let it cool.
Cut into squares, garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
