Mulabagilu Dosa is a South Indian, Karnataka delicacy known for its soft and spongy texture inside, but is crispy on the outside. The dosa is enjoyed for breakfast or dinner with sambar and chutneys.
1 cup raw rice 1 cup idli rice 1/2 cup urad dal 1/4 cup poha 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds Salt to taste Oil or ghee
Soak rice, idli rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds, and poha in water for 6-8 hours.
Drain excess water and grind it to a smooth-textured batter.
Leave the batter to ferment for 8-10 hours.
Heat the tawa, grease it with oil/ghee and pour a thin layer of batter and let it cook for 2-3 minutes with a lid on it.
Serve it with sambar and chutney.
