Ingredients

1 cup chopped mango ginger 1 lemon 2 teaspoons red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspoons oil ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds ¼ teaspoon hing Salt to taste

Step 1

Rinse the mango ginger, grate it, and mix with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Step 2

Heat some oil and add mustard seeds. When the seeds splutter, add hing and mix well.

Step 3

In the hot mixture, add the grated mango ginger and lemon juice and let it cool.

Step 4

Transfer the pickle to an air-tight container and enjoy the sour and spicy flavours.
